CALCULATING SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. Simply enter your physical address at checkout and the shipping amount will appear in your 'order details' section at the top. You can check this before you complete your order and you can remove an item from your cart if you need to, after you have checked this. For Australian customers, we've endeavoured to source most of our clothing printing from domestic printing providers, but a small number of clothing items and most other types of merchandise are fulfilled from international providers, which impacts shipping costs and timeframes. To be sure to be sure, check your cart order details :).

 

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours to process your initial order. Once in production, for products produced in your domestic region expect an email within 7-10 days to let you know your order is on the way! If your order involves international shipping, this can take up to 30 days. We recommend you check your cart for shipping costs and timeframes before you complete your order. 

 

SHIPPING ADDRESSES:

The following shipping address requirements are applicable to all destinations:

  • The shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters.
  • Printify does not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
  • Delivery to PO Boxes is not recommended and is at the customer's own risk.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For example, a simple t-shirt produced in Australia and shipped to a domestic Australian address may cost approximately $10 to ship and take 1-5 business days after the item has been printed.

However, an international item may take 8 - 30 days or more and shipping costs can be much higher. We recommend you check the calculated shipping amount and timeframe in your cart before completing your purchase.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand, USA, Canada and the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of the above countries.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nith Operating Equipment is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Nith Operating Equipment is print-on-demand, whereby every product is produced only after ordered according to your preferences.
